Hatha Intermediate

Level 2-3 - Medium intensity class

Hatha Intermediate is designed to deepen your asana, pranayama, meditation, relaxation and yoga philosophy knowledge. A confidence with key postures and greater awareness of the body are needed, as well as an openness to discover some of the more challenging practices and techniques of yoga.

Expect to moderately raise the heart rate in this class.

Our Hatha Intermediate Class is suitable for those with at least a year’s consistent yoga practice.
