Booking Policies

We are committed to ensuring class sizes are ideal for your practice and learning; and so we will never overbook a class. Our policies were created with the intention of giving everyone a fair opportunity to access class and we emphasize the commitment you make when booking a class.

You can sign up online through our website or download our free app to reserve a spot. Help a fellow yogi out and cancel your reservation on time if you can’t make it to class. Thank you!


Online registration

Opens 7 days prior to class and closes 30 minutes before class begins.


Check-in

Check-in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. In case of late check-in, even if you registered online, your space may be released to a fellow yogi from the waiting list.


Cancellation

You can cancel your reservation up to 4 hours before start of class without incurring a penalty.

Class bookings that are cancelled online or from your app up to 4 hours before start of class are considered as early cancellations and carry no charge. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.

Any cancellations made within 4 hours of the class start time will be considered late cancellations. Unlimited pass holders will be charged an additional fee or pass validity will be shortened. Lost days on unlimited passes can be reinstated by settling any outstanding late cancellation fees. Multiple class card or single class pass will be forfeited but no fee will be charged. A no show fee will be charged to your account if you reserve a class, don’t cancel on time and you do not show up. Unlimited pass holders will be charged an additional fee or pass validity will be shortened. Lost days on unlimited passes can be reinstated by settling any outstanding no show fees. Online Waitlist

When a class is fully booked, we open a waiting list for those who would like to practice. If someone cancels, you will be moved from the waitlist into class. You will receive an email notification confirming your reservation at least 4 hours before class starts. If you have not received a notification 4 hours before the class begins, you can still try to attend the class as a drop-in student.

Make sure you are opted in to receive updates for your reservation. Go to your account, select ‘Account management’. Ensure that ‘Reminders and schedule changes’ subscriptions box is ticked in order to receive emails notifications.

Keep in mind that being on the waitlist for class is considered a commitment to joining that class. Be sure to check your waitlist status prior to class, and remove yourself from the list in a timely manner if you know you will not make it.

Our notification emails are automated, make sure your email provider does not send them in your spam, junk or other inboxes.


Drop-in Spaces

In addition to the online registrations, we maintain a few spaces in each class for drop-in students and people unable or unwilling to book online. The spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no phone or email reservations for the drop-in spaces, your physical body must be present to be considered!


Studio Waitlist

As soon as the drop-in spaces are filled, should there be any further spaces available, a studio list will open on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of no-shows or late check-ins, students on the studio list will be added.
