Hatha + Pranayama

All Levels - Low to medium intensity class

Hatha Yoga focuses on building a strong foundation and refining your yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on posture explanations and alignment, safe practice and coordinated breathing. Classes will include some introductory pranayama practices using the breath. We include poses from numerous traditions and occasionally utilise yoga props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc).

Expect to moderately raise the heart rate in this grounding class.
