Hatha + Meditation

All Levels - Low to medium intensity class

Hatha yoga focuses on building a strong foundation and refining your yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on posture explanations and alignment, safe practice and coordinated breathing. Classes include time set aside for techniques designed to help you into a meditative state. We include poses from numerous traditions and occasionally utilise yoga props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc).

Expect to moderately raise the heart rate and then bring it down again in this meditative class.
