Yin, Restorative & Relaxation Yoga

All Levels - Low intensity class

Yin, Restorative & Relaxation classes offer a slow, calming and deeply restorative practice designed to release tension, improve flexibility and quiet the mind. Using longer-held postures, gentle stretching and the support of props, these classes help relax the body, calm the nervous system and encourage deep inner awareness. Breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation techniques may also be included to enhance the experience.

Expect a gentle, grounding class with a resting or lightly elevated heart rate. While the pace is soft, holding postures for longer periods can sometimes be more challenging than expected.

Yin, Restorative & Relaxation classes are suitable for all levels.
