Restorative Yoga

All Levels - Low intensity class

Restorative Yoga is all about re-learning and practicing the art of relaxation. Postures are supported by props to allow a gentle stretching of the muscles, and are held for much longer periods than in a regular Hatha class. Passive and effortless stretching is emphasised in order to help you restore vitality that may have been lost to injury, illness or stress. Our teachers give individual guidance and adjustments according to your needs and current health state. The quiet nature of the practice helps you to bring your attention inwards and discover more subtle layers of your practice.

Expect a calming, restoring class for the body, mind and spirit.
