Yin Yoga classes involve staying in postures for longer than in a regular class. The style is designed to balance, calm, recharge and repair. Supported by props including bolsters, blankets and straps, these poses allow your entire body to stretch gently and release deep-held physical and mental blockages. Yin Yoga classes perfectly complement the more rigorous yoga styles and are enhanced with mindfulness and deep breathing.

Expect a calming, but none-the-less challenging class as holding postures for longer times may be more difficult than expected! The quiet nature of the practice helps you to bring your attention inwards and discover more subtle layers of your practice.
