Yoga Inversion

Level 2/3 - Medium to high intensity class

Yoga Inversion is designed to prepare your body and mind to inversion. You will explore asana, pranayama, and different technique to move more confidently into these more challenging poses. A knowledge of the key postures and greater awareness of the body are needed, as well as an openness to discover some of the more challenging practices and techniques of yoga.

Expect to moderately raise the heart rate in this class.

Our Yoga Inversion is suitable for those with at least a year’s consistent yoga practice.
