Hot Flow

All Levels - High intensity class

Hot Flow is a heated yoga class with Vinyasa style sequences. Poses and breathing techniques are practiced in a room heated to 32 degrees celsius. These challenging, movement-based classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify your body. Expect to raise your heart rate and to sweat a lot!

Hot Flow class is suitable for those familiar with the Vinyasa style. Be sure to read our ‘First Time’ section to be prepared for your first Hot class.
