Yoga Foundations

All Levels - Low to medium intensity class

Yoga Foundations is a perfect format for beginners. This smaller size class focuses on improving your basic understanding of yoga and building a safe and sustainable practice. The class breaks down many of the common poses in yoga (like Downward Facing Dog) as well as helps you to find your alignment, balance, strength and energetic flows. The teacher will assist you in modifying your postures to enable you to achieve a better technique.

Expect a slower class, but with more concentration and focus! Yoga Foundations is suitable for all levels and is a good class for beginners and intermediate level students alike.
