All Levels - Medium to high intensity class with a slower section at the end

Vinyasa Flow blends flowing poses and sequences that are linked with the breath. It’s a dynamic style of yoga that brings together body, mind, and breath through the use of physical posture and can be easily adjusted to the capacity of each individual. Classes include time set aside for techniques designed to help you into a meditative state.

Expect to raise your heart rate and lower it again when taking part in the meditative exercises.
