Our gentle Prenatal yoga practice is specially adapted to your needs at this important time. Prenatal Yoga will help you to balance your body and mind while gently toning and stretching. Classes include poses and breathing techniques that can help you in labour, as well as daily life! You will be encouraged to understand your body better and focus on key areas for your pregnancy (such as the pelvic floor). Using restorative poses and guided meditations you will be encouraged to relax, be centred and feel the presence of your baby. It is also an excellent place to meet and share with other future mothers.

Prenatal Yoga is suitable for all pregnant women regardless of their stage of pregnancy. A medical exam before starting prenatal yoga classes is always recommended.
