All Levels - Low intensity class

Yoga philosophy describes pranayama as the science of breath as well as the method for manipulating the life force, prana, in the practitioner’s body.

Pranayama techniques teach you how to regulate your breath, to induce focus and concentration, calm your mind, energise your body and to journey into deeper layers of your practice.

In the class you will utilise breathing in and breathing out (often while counting) as well as gently learning how to retain the breath.

Expect to preserve your resting heart rate in this class.
