Gentle Yoga

All Levels - Low intensity class

There are many methods to union the mind, body and spirit. For those of us for whom a challenging asana class leads to frustration, rather than concentration, Gentle Yoga allows you to physically let go gently, allowing the mind to settle. The class focuses on traditional postures, energising movements but always allowing you to be gentle with your body.

Expect a gentle, reviving and grounding class.

Gentle Yoga is suitable for all levels, but especially for beginners and those who would like to ease themselves into a regular practice, or feel intimidated by the thought of more physical yoga practice.
