All Levels - Low intensity class

These classes that will guide you through accessible yoga postures and Myofascial release techniques (MFR). By applying gentle pressure on trigger points throughout the body with massage balls and other tools, you’ll release tensions that might be held in the articulations, fascia or connective tissues. The combination of soft asanas to improve flexibility and mobility with the MFR will leave you relaxed and with an amazing post-massage glow.

Expect to maintain a moderate heart rate.
