Hot Flow + Meditation

All Levels - High intensity class with a slower section at the end

Hot Flow is a heated yoga class with Vinyasa style sequences. Poses and breathing techniques are practiced in a room heated to 32 degrees celsius. These challenging classes are intended to open, strengthen and detoxify your body. Classes include time set aside for techniques designed to help you into a meditative state.

Expect to raise your heart rate and perspiration, and then lower it again when taking part in the meditative exercises.

Hot Flow class is suitable for those familiar with the Vinyasa style. Be sure to read our ‘First Time’ section to be prepared for your Hot class.
