Yes — beginners are welcome.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced to start. We encourage you to listen to your body, take breaks when needed, and move at your own pace.

Regular practice may help you:
— Increase flexibility and mobility
— Build strength and endurance
— Improve focus and mental clarity
— Support stress relief and relaxation
— Encourage detoxification through sweating

Many practitioners also enjoy the feeling of deep release and calm after class.

Beginners usually start with 1–2 classes per week.
With time, many students practice more frequently depending on their goals and recovery.

First class at Yyoga Studio?

Everything you need to know before your first Hatha class: arrival time, what to bring, and how to get set up.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in calmly.
  • Mats and towels are not provided — bring your own or rent them on site.
  • We recommend setting up your mat and getting comfortable 5 minutes before class starts.
  • If it’s your first time (or you have injuries), let the teacher know — we’ll offer options and props.

We wish you a wonderful class.
