Terms and Conditions
1.1 General Acceptance
By using our website, attending the studio, booking classes, or making purchases in studio or online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
1.2 Passes, Packages, Memberships, and Studio Access
All passes, packages, memberships, and studio access must be activated within 60 days of purchase.
Once activated, they expire according to the type of pass and the activation date.
All passes and memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Passes and memberships may be used only for regular scheduled yoga classes and exclude workshops, courses, trainings, retreats, and special events unless explicitly stated.
Studio access includes access to lounge areas, library, tea, changing rooms, showers, lockers, practice rooms, studio accessories, equipment, self-practice sessions, and member events.
Studio access does not include participation in classes, workshops, courses, or events.
1.3 Class Transfers and Pass Upgrades
Class Transfers
– Holders of 5-Class or 10-Class Passes may transfer unused classes to a newly purchased regular 5-Class or 10-Class Pass.
– Transfers to promotional or special offer passes are not permitted.
– A maximum of 2 classes may be transferred to a similar 5/10/20 Class Pass.
– Transferred classes must be used within the validity of the new pass.
– Classes may be transferred once only and cannot be reclaimed.
– Requests must be made before purchasing the new pass and within 6 months after the expiration of the original pass.
– Transfers between different pass levels from LITE to REGULAR, are not permitted.
Pass Upgrades
Upgrades are possible under the following conditions:
– Starter Pass to Welcome 30-Day Pass
– 1-Month LITE Pass to 1-Month REGULAR Pass
– 10-Class LITE Pass to REGULAR or FLEX Pass
The upgraded pass inherits the original activation date. The price difference must be paid at the studio desk.
Downgrades are not permitted.
1.4 Cancellations
Studio classes may be cancelled up to 4 hours before class starts. Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged see Booking Policies and Section 4. of the T&C. Email, text, or phone cancellations are not accepted.
Private classes may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
– 48–12 hours: 50 percent of the fee is charged
– Less than 12 hours or no-show: full fee is charged
Workshops may be cancelled up to 4 weeks before the event with a 20 percent fee, refunded as studio credit. Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.
Retreats may be cancelled up to 1 month before the event with a 30 percent fee, refunded as studio credit. Late cancellations or no-shows are fully charged.
Trainings may be cancelled up to 1 month before the event with a 30 percent fee, refunded as studio credit.
Partial attendance or unnotified absence does not entitle the participant to a refund. Medical cancellations for trainings see Section 4.
1.5 No Refund Policy
All purchases are final.
This includes drop-in classes, passes, memberships, studio access, gift vouchers, workshops, trainings, courses, retreats, and retail purchases, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
1.6 Payments and Vouchers
Online and card payments are strongly encouraged. No transaction fees are charged.
Accepted payment methods include QR code, Bancontact, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Samsung Pay, Discover, Diners Club, Carte Bleue, and PayPal.
For memberships paid in instalments, the applicant authorises recurring credit card payments on the dates defined in the service agreement.
Gift vouchers must be used within 6 months (185 days) from the date of purchase.
1.7 Health, Minors, and Conduct
All services purchased from Yyoga require completion of a waiver confirming that the participant has no medical condition preventing safe participation.
Participants under 18 years of age must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
All applicants and members agree to comply with studio rules and regulations.
Participants release Yyoga, its owners, directors, managers, and staff from liability for:
Injury to themselves or their child
Loss or damage to personal property
1.8 Administrative Matters and Special Requests
Special terms apply to promotions and special offers.
For any special request, including quarantine or exceptional extensions, an administrative fee of €20 may apply.
For online purchase cancellations, a 15 percent administration fee may be deducted.
Theft or attempted theft on studio premises results in immediate cancellation of access without compensation and may lead to legal action.
Lost and found items are kept for one week, after which they are donated to charity.

We aim to respond within 7 days.
Yyoga reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and its prices. Any significant change will be published on the website.
2.1 Orders and Delivery
When all items are in stock, orders are dispatched within 3 working days.
Delivery takes place no later than 20 days after order acceptance, unless a longer timeframe has been agreed.
Delays caused by events outside our control do not give rise to liability.
Product images are illustrative only. Variations in colour or appearance due to screen display settings or manufacturing differences do not constitute a defect.
2.2 Legal Guarantee of Conformity
Yyoga complies with the EU legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771 and the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
A product is considered faulty only if it:
- Is defective or damaged at delivery
- Does not correspond to the description (e.g. size, materials,…)
A product is not considered faulty if it:
- Does not match personal expectations, taste or preference (e.g. grip, resistance, effects, support…)
- Is disliked or no longer wanted
- Is perceived as unsuitable after purchase
These situations do not constitute lack of conformity under Belgian or EU law.
2.3 Purchases Made in the Physical Studio
For purchases made in the physical studio, all sales are final, except in the case of faulty or non-conforming products.
Belgian law does not grant a general right of return or exchange for in-store purchases. Any return, exchange, or studio credit offered for non-faulty products is a commercial gesture, accepted solely at Yyoga’s discretion.
When accepted:
- Items must be returned within 14 days
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition (Yoga mats may only be returned if unopened and in original packaging)
- Studio credit must be used within 60 days.
Sale items are final.
2.4 Purchases Made Through the E-Shop
For online purchases, customers benefit from the right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.
Withdrawal is possible within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.
Conditions:
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty
- Sealed goods opened after delivery may be excluded in accordance with Article 16 of the Directive.
2.5 Shipping Fees and International Orders
EU Orders
from €10.00 up to €30.00 delivery up to 10 kg for orders under €120, depending on EU country.
Free delivery in Belgium for orders over €120
Larger parcels require a custom quotation
Orders Outside the EU
Customs duties, taxes, handling fees, and delays caused by customs authorities remain the responsibility of the recipient.
3.1 Standard Pause
- Members may request a pause for personal reasons, excluding promotional or special offer passes.
- Minimum pause: 7 days.
- Maximum pause: 1 month
- Fees: €30 for Monthly passes, €50 for all other unlimited passes
- Pauses are not available for subscriptions or Autopay memberships
- Maximum one pause per pass
- Requests must be sent by email before the pause start date.
3.2 Medical Pause
A medical pause may be granted only upon submission of a valid medical certificate issued by a licensed medical doctor.
The certificate must:
- State incapacity to practice physical activity or sport
- Specify a clear start and end date
- Be written in English, French, or German
- Accepted wording includes, for example: Certificat d’interruption d’activité: incapacité de pratiquer du sport/gymnastique – Verklaring van arbeidsonderbreking: onbekwaamheid om aan sport/turnlessen deel te nemen
- Certificates issued by osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, or other non-physician practitioners are not accepted.
- Requests must be submitted within 2 weeks of the start date indicated on the certificate. Backdated or incomplete certificates are not accepted.
Rules:
- Minimum medical pause: 1 month
- If cumulative pauses exceed 6 months, the pass may be cancelled and reimbursed prorated to usage
- Administrative fee: €20
- Promotional passes may be converted to regular similar passes
We understand that life can be unpredictable, whether it is a flat tire, a late meeting, or a sick child. To ensure fairness and availability for all members, the following rules apply when a class is cancelled outside the cancellation window or in the case of a no-show.
4.1 Unlimited Pass
1-month, 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month passes Holders
The first two late cancellations or no-shows within a 30-day period are free.
From the third incident within the same 30-day period:
- €9 for a late cancellation
- €12 for a no-show
The count resets every 30 days, starting from the date of the first incident.
Weekly Pass Holders (7-day validity)
The first late cancellation or no-show is free.
From the second incident:
The pass is blocked
A booking fee applies in accordance with the studio policy
- €9 for a late cancellation
- €12 for a no-show
30 Days Welcome Pass Holders
The first late cancellation or no-show is free.
The second incident:
- €2 booking fee
Pass is blocked
From the third incident:
- €9 for a late cancellation
- €12 for a no-show
All outstanding fees must be settled before booking privileges are reinstated.
For All Unlimited Pass Holders
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
- Temporary suspension of booking privileges
- Automatic cancellation of future bookings
- During any suspension period, the pass remains valid but cannot be used for online bookings.
4.2 Class Pass
5/10/20-Class Pass, Starter Pass, Single Class Holders
Any late cancellation or no-show results in the class being deducted from the pass.
This section constitutes Yyoga’s privacy notice and explains how personal data is processed, protected, and shared in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian law.
5.1 General Principles
Personal data is processed solely to operate the studio and deliver services, including account management, bookings, payments, communication, and legal compliance.
5.2 Roles and Responsibilities
Yyoga acts as data controller for data collected directly.
bsport acts as an independent data processor for bookings, payments, and account infrastructure.
Yyoga has no technical control over bsport’s internal databases or erasure mechanisms.
5.3 Account Creation Through Studio Use
By attending the studio or purchasing services, you acknowledge that account creation may be necessary for attendance tracking, bookings, payments, and legal obligations.
Processing is based on contract performance and legitimate interest under Articles 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5.4 Data Subject Rights
Requests concerning data held by Yyoga may be sent to contact@yyoga.be.
Requests concerning data held by bsport must be addressed directly to bsport.
5.5 No Sale or Monetisation of Data
Yyoga does not sell, rent, trade, or monetise personal data.
Data is never shared for advertising or commercial profiling.
5.6 Data Security and Liability
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied.
No digital system is fully secure.
Yyoga is not liable for breaches caused by third-party systems, external events, or user actions, unless resulting from proven negligence.
5.7 Conduct and Safety
Participants confirm fitness for practice.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Yyoga is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Theft results in immediate cancellation and potential legal action.
