Bio

Géraldine started practicing yoga in 2003 on the advice of her father, who later confessed he had never had the courage to do it himself. Wisely taking her father’s advice, Géraldine became a dedicated and passionate practitioner: attending classes, reading books, exploring by herself, and reflecting on the many shifts her life had taken.

During a stay in Kashmir in 2013, Géraldine uncovered a deep instinct to teach. She began her studies in 2016 and taught her first class the same year. She joined the Yyoga teacher training in 2017 and has since then been transmitting her passion to Yyoga’s students. Deeply touched and driven by the concepts of Sthira (strength and steadiness) and Sukha (lightness and ease), Géraldine’s personal combination of enthusiasm and joy conveys these qualities throughout her classes, helping make the bridge between mat and daily life.

Regularly training to refine her own practice and her teaching, Géraldine recently began studying the science of Ayurveda. In addition to her teaching at Yyoga, Géraldine teaches corporate classes along with one-on-one sessions.
