Whether you’re aiming to become a yoga teacher or simply wish to expand your spiritual practice, our program is designed to guide you every step of the way.

Our Program

We created a unique program to guide and teach our students how yoga and ancient practices can help them navigate the 21st century’s rapid, increasingly complex, and unpredictable world.  We offer practical and effective tools for achieving lasting transformation. Discover your purpose and direction as you explore your unique path and calling.

Our immersion program is ideal for you if:

  • You want to invite a change and transform your life.
  • You want to deepen your yoga practice and strengthen your own inner sanctuary.
  • You want to refine and improve your physical practice.
  • You want a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy.
  • You want to expand your spiritual practice and consciousness to serve your family, your community, and our world.
  • You want to work towards becoming a yoga teacher (teaching publicly and privately).
  • You want to make new friends and become part of a community.
  • You want to create a sacred time to connect to yourself on a deeper level.

Our Journey Together

We invite you on a transformative journey that begins with turning inward and culminates in blossoming outward. By cultivating inner awareness and self-understanding, you can unlock your potential and let your inner light shine brightly into the world. This path of self-discovery and growth will empower you to inspire others and create positive change both within yourself and in the world around you.

Our 7-month immersion course is informative, evolving, and customized to meet your unique needs, goals, and characteristics. We emphasize self-inquiry, curiosity, playfulness, introspection, clear language, critical thinking, and a compassionate attitude.

For the third time in Brussels, this course will be offered by our diverse international teaching team with an in-depth approach. Our team will continue to support your journey as you forge your spiritual path long after the completion of your training.

To maintain the quality of our mentorship, we plan to limit the number of students.

Supporting Your Awakening

We believe there is a powerful inner wisdom in each of us, enriching our lives, changing how we live, and thereby creating a better world. This philosophy is intricately woven into our training program, which we have designed with passion, curiosity, and a love for introspection. Our program draws wisdom and inspiration from the timeless principles of Hatha and Raja Yoga, Ayurveda, Buddhist and Taoist philosophy, and other wisdom traditions. It is infused with a modern understanding of human anatomy and consciousness, as well as the latest findings from yoga science and medicine, all while maintaining deep roots in the traditional and ancient wisdom of yoga.

We place a powerful focus on your personal development and on strengthening your physical, mental, and emotional practice, supporting your journey of awakening.

Our philosophy aims to expand your understanding by embracing yoga’s holistic approach to life. It guides you through a transformative journey across various dimensions of existence. As we delve into these realms — physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, existential, and energetic — we uncover the interconnectedness of all aspects of being. Exploring these layers deeply, we witness the gradual merging of seemingly separate pieces into a profound sense of unity.

Physical Realm

This realm invites us to explore the body as a vessel for our existence, where sensations, movement, and physicality intertwine. Through yoga practice, we deepen our connection to the body, enhancing awareness of its intricacies and fostering a profound sense of embodiment.

Mental Realm

In our philosophy, the mental realm encompasses not only our thoughts and beliefs but also our capacity for awareness and discernment. Through mindfulness practices and meditation, we cultivate mental clarity, empowering us to observe our thoughts without attachment and align our mental processes with our highest aspirations.

Emotional Realm

Within the emotional realm, we acknowledge the richness and complexity of our inner world, where feelings and moods ebb and flow. Through compassionate self-inquiry and emotional intelligence practices, we learn to navigate the landscape of emotions with greater resilience and authenticity, fostering emotional well-being and connection.

Spiritual Realm

Our exploration of the spiritual realm invites us to delve into the deeper dimensions of existence beyond the material world. Through contemplative practices and the study of spiritual teachings, we explore questions of meaning, interconnectedness, and transcendence, nurturing a sense of purpose and spiritual fulfillment in our lives.

Existential Realm

In our philosophy, the existential realm invites us to confront the fundamental questions of human existence and the nature of our being. Through reflective inquiry and philosophical exploration, we grapple with themes of identity, freedom, responsibility, and mortality, embracing the inherent uncertainty and impermanence of life with courage and wisdom.

Energetic Realm

Within the energetic realm, we recognize the subtle energies that animate our being and interconnect us with the universe. Through practices such as pranayama, meditation, and energy work, we attune to the flow of life force energy within and around us, fostering vitality, balance, and harmony on all levels of our being.
