Bio
Mentored by Carl Faure and Calli Poppham at Stretch London and yoga icon Ana Forrest in Berlin, Laura has found a unique teaching style. She combines an internally focused practice with a modern and holistic approach of a physically intense yoga practice, aiming to carry a transformative experience off the mat and into daily life. She likes to incorporate the voice in her classes, using healing vocalization exercises to find grounding and to let go. Laura encourages her students to find gracefulness through elements of contemporary dance to find the beauty of transition, exploring lightness and integrity in every single breath and movement. Using her experience as a jazz musician and performing artist, she wants to transmit playfulness and flexibility through yoga. Her aim is to hold the space for her students, encouraging them to go into the unknown, to explore, to learn and to accept.
