Our Rooftop Flow at Silversquare sessions were a true breath of fresh air—literally. In collaboration with Silversquare Central, we shared uplifting after-work classes with breathtaking rooftop views, creating the perfect pause to move, unwind, and recharge.

As the sun began to soften over the city, we flowed through uniquely crafted sequences and explored special themes designed to energize the body and settle the mind. Between the gentle evening breeze and the urban horizon, the rooftop became its own sanctuary—an inviting space to reconnect with yourself and with the community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, brought their good energy, and helped make these rooftop moments so memorable. And a big thank you to Silversquare Central for hosting us and making this partnership possible.
