Booking Policies
We are committed to ensuring class sizes are ideal for your practice and learning; and so we will never overbook a class. Our policies were created with the intention of giving everyone a fair opportunity to access class and we emphasize the commitment you make when booking a class.
You can sign up online through our website or download our free app to reserve a spot. Help a fellow yogi out and cancel your reservation on time if you can’t make it to class. Thank you!
Online registration
Opens 7 days prior to class and closes 30 minutes before class begins.
Check-in
Check-in at the front desk at least 10 minutes prior to class start time. In case of late check-in, even if you registered online, your space may be released to a fellow yogi from the waiting list.
Cancellation
You can cancel online or through the app up to 4 hours before class. Cancellations cannot be made by phone or email.
Class bookings that are cancelled online or from your app up to 4 hours before start of class are considered as early cancellations and carry no charge. Please note that we do not accept phone or email cancellations.
A Late Cancellation is canceling less than 4 hours before class. Unlimited pass holders will be charged a fee, and repeated late cancellations may result in their pass being temporarily blocked. Class card and single-class pass holders will lose their session. For more info about booking fee terms and conditions, click here.
A No Show means missing a class without canceling in advance. Unlimited pass holders will be charged a fee and may have their pass blocked after repeated no-shows. Class card and single-class pass holders will lose one session. For more info about booking fee terms and conditions, click here.
Online Waitlist
Is the class full? Join the online waitlist!
Up to 4 hours before class, if a spot opens, the first waitlisted student is automatically added to the class and notified.
Manage your waitlist status online or in the app. Keep in mind that being on the waitlist for class is considered a commitment to joining that class. If you can’t attend, remove yourself from the waitlist at least 4 hours before class to avoid penalties. If you’re added to the class, please attend or cancel responsibly.
Within 4 hours of the class, if you’re still on the waitlist and a spot opens, you’ll receive an email notification. At this point, you must confirm your participation quickly, as spots are assigned on a first-click, first-served basis. If you no longer want to attend, simply ignore the notification.
Make sure you are opted in to receive updates for your reservation. Go to your account, select ‘My Profile’. Ensure that you allowed ‘notifications’. Our notification emails are automated, make sure your email provider does not send them in your spam, junk or other inboxes.
Studio Waitlist
If the class is full, the studio waitlist will open 20 minutes before class starts and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are no-shows or late check-ins, students on the studio list will be added to the class.
