A Three-Part Transformational Breathwork Series

This series is an invitation for yoga practitioners and seekers to journey through awakening, balancing, and grounding your prana, or life-force energy. Across three progressive workshops, you’ll be guided step by step into deeper connection with yourself and your inner vitality. Each gathering weaves together somatic bodywork, meditation, soundscapes, and conscious connected breathing to help release tension and stress held in the body, expand awareness, and restore inner balance.

The sessions follow the Holosomatic Method—a unique approach that combines conscious breathwork, somatic awareness, and sound. Using curated music, shamanic instruments and binaural frequencies, this method guides the breath, awakens and circulates life-force energy (prana), and supports deep emotional release and integration. Holosomatic breathwork creates a grounded and safe container for exploring expanded states of consciousness, connecting the mystical with the embodied, and facilitating profound transformation. To deepen the experience, we will use wireless headphones, creating an immersive soundscape that quiets external distractions and supports a deeper journey within.

Drawing from tantra, kundalini yoga, and shamanic practices, you’ll explore how breath and movement can shift the nervous system, activate the body’s energy centres, and open space for emotional healing, expansion and transformation.

Throughout the series, you’ll be guided through three progressive stages:

• Reset – Unwind tension, discharge stored stress, and clear stagnant energy from the body and nervous system.

• Activation – Awaken your bioenergetic field, activate dormant energy centres, and deepen self-awareness.

• Expansion – Enter non-ordinary states of consciousness to release held emotions, integrate past experiences, and reconnect with yourself and the power within.

While the three workshops are designed as a progressive journey and we encourage joining the full series for the richest transformation, it is also possible to attend individual sessions.

This opening session is designed to awaken your body and energize your life-force through a combination of bodywork, kundalini kriyas, meditation, and holosomatic tantric breathwork.

This opening session begins with a grounding ceremony to set intentions, inviting you to connect with your inner guidance and the journey ahead. From there, you’ll move through a series of somatic bodywork practices and kundalini kriyas to awaken the body, release tension, and prepare your system for the deep energetic work to come. The session culminates in a one-hour Holosomatic Tantric Breathwork journey— a transformative technique designed for energy activation and holistic well-being that consisting of controlled, deep breathing sequences that aim to awaken and circulate the life force energy (Prana) throughout the body. The goal is to break down internal blockages and stimulate the flow of energy along the spine, particularly targeting the chakras, or energy centers. As the energy ascends, practitioners often experience a release of emotional blockages, heightened mental clarity, and a profound sense of interconnectedness, emotional balance and spiritual awakening. 

Designed to energize, clarify, and expand your awareness, this workshop lays the foundation for the full three-part journey.

This second gathering is focused on balancing and energizing the chakras. Working more specifically with the body’s energy centers through kriyas, Osho chakra breathing, and tantric breathwork, the aim is to harmonize the subtle body, balance the nervous system, and cultivate inner clarity and resilience.

The session opens with a simple ceremony to ground intentions and create a sacred container, before guiding you through kriyas to cleanse the energy pathways and prepare the body. We then move into dynamic Osho chakra breathing, an intense yet liberating practice that combines breath and movement to activate and harmonize the chakras. The heart of the session is a tantric conscious connected breathwork journey lasting a little over an hour, designed to circulate life-force energy, release stored emotions, and restore balance to mind, body, and spirit. Supported by meditation and immersive soundscapes, this workshop will leave you feeling energized, aligned, and more deeply connected to yourself.

This closing gathering of the series is a sacred ceremony of grounding, integration, and renewal. Rooted in shamanic traditions, it invites you to reconnect with the wisdom of the earth, the cycles of nature, and the ancestral currents that flow through us all. Held in the heart of winter, it is a time to honor stillness, release what no longer serves, and plant the seeds of intention for the year ahead.

We begin by opening a sacred space—calling in the directions, the elements, and ancestral support. Gentle bodywork prepares the body to receive the cacao medicine, awakening the senses and opening the flow of life-force energy.

The cacao ceremony follows: a heart-opening ritual for presence, connection, and intention-setting. Here you’ll be guided to clarify what you wish to call in for the new year and offer these intentions into the ceremonial space as seeds to be nurtured.

From there, we move into Mystical Breathwork, a shamanic-inspired practice with chakra-attuned music and rhythmic instruments, supporting the release of stored emotions, ancestral patterns, and cyclical imprints.

We close in gratitude—honoring the earth, the depth of winter, and the wisdom of nature’s cycles—leaving you grounded, centered, and aligned with your intentions for the year ahead.
