Are you ready to soar to new heights in your yoga practice? Join Roz for an exciting journey into inversions in this playful and uplifting masterclass!
Together, we’ll explore the exciting world of handstand (Adho Mukha Vrksasana), headstand (Sirsasana), and forearm stand (Pincha Mayurasana) using the support of the wall and our yoga buddies. We’ll learn different techniques to safely enter and exit these postures, and we’ll also spend time strengthening and understanding the energetic actions of the shoulders to maintain these inversions with ease.
All levels are welcome to join, but a minimum of 6 months of regular yoga practice is recommended to fully enjoy and benefit from this session. Come fly with us and experience the freedom and excitement of going upside-down!
